- Approximately 18 inches long only. Length is distance between the ends of the 1/4" Male NPT connectors. The end connectors are non-swivel and non-rotating, but may be rotated with force, if needed (see video). Perfect for use as a lead-in or leader hose to reduce stress or vibration normally associated with rigid piping.
- Note that the outer diameter of a 1/4" male NPT fitting is actually 0.54 inch. So, its outer diameter is about 0.29 inch larger than its “name.” NPT fittings are slightly tapered so the 0.54 inch diameter is the diameter in the middle of the threaded portion. PLEASE CHECK THE SIZE OF YOUR CONNECTION BEFORE PURCHASING.
- 100% outdoor rated, virtually indestructible, impervious to water and oil.
- All metal parts are solid lead-free brass, certified to contain less than 0.25% lead. Hose is Insta-Grip, 3/8" nominal diameter, more pliable and kink-resistant than other air hoses, non-conductive, made in USA.
- Suitable for use as an air compressor hose (compressed air hose), water hose, and hydraulic hose up to 250 psi. Always wear eye protection when handling compressed gases or fluids.
